CONFIDENTIALITY CODE

The Sense of Change LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information shared during professional consultations, communications, and related activities.

Our confidentiality practices are informed by Section 4, Privacy and Confidentiality, of the APA's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct, where applicable.

All consultation discussions, correspondence, documents, voice recording files, and other client-provided information will be handled with appropriate care and reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Audio and/or video recordings of consultations will be password-protected on a per-file basis and accessible only to authorized individuals, such as the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Consultant and authorized consulting assistants. 

Confidentiality is subject to applicable laws, professional obligations, and agreed-upon service arrangements. Information may be disclosed when required or permitted by law, when appropriately authorized, or under other applicable exceptions to confidentiality.

By engaging in consulting services with The Sense of Change LLC, clients are encouraged to discuss any questions regarding privacy, confidentiality, information handling, or the use of recordings before services begin.
