Our Values: Evidence-Based • Creativity • Innovation • International Perspective • Ethics • Positive Work Culture
Industrial and Organizational Psychology (IOP) is a scientific discipline that diagnoses workplace factors and provides strategies to support organizational development and employee motivation.
Our diagnostic method is not limited to highlighting areas for change. Drawing on extensive evidence-based experience, we provide a comprehensive 360-degree diagnostic report covering branding factors, business strategies, and neuropsychological insights to help organizations identify and address their needs.
Our founder, Sara Ip, has over 30 years of experience in creative design and later pursued a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in the United States, gaining extensive expertise in both corporate consulting and organizational change. Her career began at IKEA Hong Kong as a junior decorator, where her focus and exceptional performance were quickly recognized.
Drawing on decades of design-centered experience—including graphic design, interior design, brand promotion, and film production—She has worked and collaborated across Hong Kong, Shanghai, and the United States. From starting as an entry-level employee, to guest lecturing at universities, receiving invitations from head hunter, and completing her master’s degree, she has engaged with diverse fields and levels, developing strong insights and comprehensive change-identification capabilities to help individuals and organizations accurately identify issues and drive effective transformation.
She currently serves as a member of the APA diversion 14, Education & Training Committee in the United States, demonstrating her commitment to advancing professional standards and best practices.
